Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +34 971 007 410 by means of a clear statement of your decision. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

For hygiene reasons, sealed goods are excluded from withdrawal if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to bed linen, bedding and home textiles.

Works of art are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return.

Also excluded are goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. turnkey interior services).

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
