1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop of ATKINSKY SL, C. Dragonera 15, 7ª, 07014 Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, España, CIF ESB72775893 (hereinafter "we" or "the seller").

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include the statutory Spanish value added tax (IVA). Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the order process.

4. Delivery and pickup

We deliver exclusively within Spain. Alternatively, free pickup at our showroom in Port Andratx is available by appointment. Delivery times are stated during the order process.

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, certain products (in particular bed linen and home textiles) are excluded from return once their seal has been opened. Works of art are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return. Details can be found in our returns policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) apply. In case of defects, please contact [email protected].

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, Palma de Mallorca.
